Return and Refund
At Ray Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from Ray Supplies within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your return authorization confirmation with the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
